A Personal Calling

Having been in the family law field for most of my professional career and witnessing my husband’s custody battles first hand, I understand the emotional weight divorce carries. My goal is to remind clients that even in difficult times, there is a path forward, and with the right guidance, life after divorce can bring new beginnings and stronger relationships.

Beginning my career as a paralegal in family law 25 years ago, I always knew my calling was to be an attorney, where I could make a more meaningful impact by helping families through life’s most challenging transitions. As an attorney, mediator, and advocate, I remain committed to providing compassionate, practical solutions that give families clarity and hope.

With over 25 years of experience in family law, I bring deep knowledge, compassion, and efficiency to every case I handle. I started my career as a paralegal working with respected family law firms throughout Ventura and Los Angeles counties. Now as a licensed attorney, I have the opportunity to be at the forefront, advocating for my clients and making a difference in their lives.

As a mediator, I have dedicated the past decade to helping couples resolve family law matters outside of court. I work almost exclusively by referral, assisting clients from the beginning of their cases through final judgment. By personally handling all legal documents and court filings, I allow my clients to move forward without ever stepping into a courtroom. My straightforward approach ensures the process is smooth, cost-effective, and as low-stress as possible.
